Suggesting documentation change in "Inject" API

Hello,

I suggest a minor change in the input format documentation for the "Inject" API:

Replace the dbs name value with the name of the global DBS used in PhEDEx Prod:

Since this is a little-known (and no longer used) feature of PhEDEx, it reduces the chance for operators who don't know about it to inject data with the "wrong" dbs in PhEDEx Prod.
