PhEDEx 3.0.7 keeps FTS jobs alive in the FileDownload sense for eternity, making 'agent lost the transfer' nearly impossible.

Mario has noticed that the "agent lost the transfer" problem still occurs in PhEDEx 3.0. Now it looks like this can occur when there is some problem getting responses back from glite-transfer-status. This looks to be preventing the FTS backend callback which updates the "live" file from being called. The attached logs and job directory show the problem, see the evolution of the problem in grep-job.txt
