Extra 'empty' replicas in transfer request preview #962

Hi,

bug report from Savannah:

Apparently the transfer request preview lists additional nonexistent 'empty' replicas when multiple datasets are selected.

when I try to preview a transfer request for these datasets

/MET/CMSSW_6_2_0_pre5-PRE_61_V1_RelVal_met2012A-v1/DQM /Jet/CMSSW_6_2_0_pre5-PRE_61_V1_RelVal_jet2011A-v1/DQM

using

https://cmsweb.cern.ch/phedex/prod/Request::Create?type=xfer

I see that both of them are at

T1_US_FNAL_Buffer, not subscribed T1_US_FNAL_MSS T2_CH_CERN T2_TH_CUNSTDA, empty

However when I preview this dataset by itself

/Jet/CMSSW_6_2_0_pre5-PRE_61_V1_RelVal_jet2011A-v1/DQM

I see it is not at T2_TH_CUNSTDA, empty

Is there any update on this issue? It continues to be very annoying and dangerous. For a more recent example, compare doing a preview for

You will see there is a difference for the first dataset.
