not able to disapprove a reqest #965

Hi all,

Here's the request: https://cmsweb.cern.ch/phedex/prod/Request::View?request=418167 Every time I do that, I get the following error: Error time=2014-07-03 14:02:40 UTC id=bf247931c8b67e8b5bf2edbadf476ffb Could you please let me know how can disapprove the request?

Hi Ivan,

I'll check the logs tomorrow. Meanwhile, disapproving it worked fine for me, so the request itself is dealt with.

Hi Tony,

is it possible that I (personally) have problems disapproving requests? I am not doing that very often, but the next time I tried - today - I get again an error [1]. The request is this one [2].

can you try to approve that request on my development web server, https://phedex-web-dev.cern.ch/phedex/prod/Request::View?request=418270. I can get more debugging information from that.

Hi Ivan,

damn, that's no good, it worked! I was hoping for some debug information!

I'll check the version on my dev machine and see if it's different from what's in production, maybe that'll give me a clue...
