Fix XML documentation in 'subscribe' and 'delete' APIs #982

The documentation of the Input for the "subscribe" and "delete" APIs should point out that several elements or attributes in the XML should be omitted, most notably "file" (which is only needed by the "inject" API)

There currently is no information available about the data field in the documentation for the subscribe call.
