[Feature] Server hot-reload or watch mode #176

I think it can be a nice addition to use Nodemon and watch mode for the serve executor then we can have a nice auto-reload/auto-regenerate for the server. A related issue for some inspiration: https://github.com/Urigo/graphql-mesh/issues/1906
