Implementation: either replicate Overwtach official AFK kicking (warning countdown), or a votekick system when game detects an AFK player. Alternatively just exclude them from HP / Damage auto-balancing, but that is a hassle to implement because you will need to re-balance on activity and it doesn't address them hogging a slot.
