Can get stuck as dead and never respawn under some circumstance #19

Likely something to do with team sizes balancing, sometime you can get moved but end up not spawning for one round. One time it happened I stopped respawning completely.

Observed again, unsure if exactly the same thing but moving player can put them in an indefinite queue.

Programmatically moving host player always puts him into indefinite queue (in a test 2v1 game with dummies). Not the case if dummies are not in 0 slot.
