Further effects for Hammond piledriver #21

This seems a bit too much but is something interesting to make: while in air show an impact circle of the piledriver according to its radius (8 meters) so Hammond can aim more precisely, as you initiate piledriver begin scaling the impact radius and the ball himself proportional to his downwards momentum or the duration of his fall. Keep the original radius ring view, but create and gradually expand an additional ring showing the expansion.

Increasing piledriver range is not possible normally so the effect on outer radius is simulated. Simulation feels nearly identically with few shortcomings: doesn't harm shields (not worth adding), can fail to detect shields in the way of victim if a shield has enemy standing in the middle of it as well as that enemy being between ball and victim.
