Ana self-ult has a bit of a delay (between bot Ana spawning and ulting player Ana) which needs to be analyzed and addressed. First off check how long it takes for Ana to ult herself in FFA (time between pressing button and getting buffed). Reason for this is that you can't save yourself with an ult at a very low HP while taking continuous high damage. One fix might be to make Ana unkillable (unable to fall below 1hp) between button press and ult activation but that maybe too much.
