Some heroes can infinitely stall the round by sitting outside of reach. It's quite annoying and often leads to players just leaving. I wouldn't want to completely shut down this behavior for all heroes. If Hanzo, Tracer etc. can sometime manage to cling onto some odd corner it is a fair game. But the worse examples are:
Sombra sitting invisible.
Solution: limit her invisibility to 5-10 seconds then force her out and initiate the standard cooldown. Think about if translocator use should constitute "breaking invisibility" or not.
Heroes that can infinitely hop by the island sides.
Worst offenders: Lucio, Hammond, Doomfist.
Happens less: Winston, Sombra.
Rarely happens but they have some capacity for it: Widowmaker, Echo, Pharah, Venture. Wouldn't include them in the solution for now.
Solution: limit their time below 0 vertical coordinate to 5-10 seconds then start draining their HP and tell them to go back to the ring.
Alternatively instead of 0 vertical, limit their time not taking damage while being outside of ring horizontal bounds (solves an issue of them just jumpin above 0 now and then).
Or tell them to go back and if they don't then FREEZE them!
