Tooltip Improvements #5

Modified the tooltip display when mousing over the Eavesdrop events.

Removed redundant timestamp from combat entries
Added "Gained" for auras and corresponding localization entries
Added spellName to each EavesDrop:DisplayEvent use whenever available
