Fixed a bug in Rand.Sample that could cause it to return a value that should have zero probability.
Added MMath.AbsDiffAllowingNaNs
Added Vector.All(Vector, Func)
Fixed SparseVector.MaxDiff and GreaterThan
Added missing evidence methods
DependencyGraphView, ModelView, TaskGraphView implement IDisposable
