Unified Config #14

A unified config for all the processes and updated the parsers to use this new config.yaml. Experiments run for multiple replicas.

Need to ensure the ids in the yaml are 0-indexed, increasing, and unique.

Next step: Make scripts to generate keys. Make scripts to run all the processes.
