Permanent issue to track addition of new results like plate reader data or binary growth results.

I made a PARAMS.py file for each major data analysis folder (growth_binary, plate_reader and other_data) to style the plots correctly.

I also decided to split the notebooks into smaller parts, each focused on a different application and write scripts where automation was possible (eg. binary growth). The utils.py file is needed in order to bundle the necessary functions.

OD-CFU correlation measurements were done to investigate whether centrifugation has a negative effect on the bacteria. It seems that this is not the case.
