How to select ROOM for new meetings #4

Hi,

Can I select the room for my meeting schedule. With install description, and also with my install system, I cannot select the room, when create new meeting.

I suggest to improve this great plugin to support:

  1. Invitees
  2. Select Room
  3. Check to conflict ROOM, conflict invitees schedule, to make warning
  4. Notification for invitees

Actually, this is a great plugin that I'm looking for. Thank you.

In order to select a room you have to first add them to the custom field 'Room' (installation step 3: Room). If you have done this, then there should be a dropdown list with those entries on the left side above the calendar. You first select the room you want to book and then add an entry to that room.

Regarding your suggestions:

  1. This is a good idea but a rather large change. So don't expect it in the next days ;-)
  2. See my answer above
  3. With 'conflict room' you mean a warning if the same person books 2 rooms for the same time span?
  4. See 1.
