Updater #268

kalatheme.updater.inc implemented DrupalUpdaterInterface but I don't really know what it was for. There's references to /sites/all/libraries so it makes me think it was for something other than the theme—maybe Bootswatch? @pirog might be able to shed some light.

@soniktrooth i think this was for people who wanted to use their own custom bootstrap library.

Thanks @pirog. In that case we can shelve it for now and decide if we want to bring it back for 1.0
