Error trying to install custom bootstrap library #285

@AgentJay Are you able to elaborate on the circumstances around this error? What page were you on? What did you do to produce the error?

It happens to me when I try to create a subtheme: select "custon" > upload "bootstrap-3.3.7 > Save Configuration> Error message > Clicked on "continue to the error page">"Unable to parse info file: ."
