Need reliable reconnect for bots disconnecting due to timeout #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Connect the bot to a simulator with neighbours
2. Leave the bot connected for a few hours
3. notice the bot has been disconnected from neighbours

What is the expected output? 
That when I come back 24 hours later the bot will still be connected

What do you see instead?
The DisableSimulator from neighbours may have killed the current sim

Is this on SL or Opensim?

If you remain near a region boundary in SL for a length of time without 
crossing it, the opposite sim has a habit of disconnecting.
