#863gyxv6f Updates to support new bin format

• Adding new bin format to bin field regex validation
• Adjusting UI column widths to fit new bin format
• Updated query inventory-by-bin-verifiedat to use startkey and endkey that correspond with the new bin format
• Updated picking to show properly formatted bin ids and fixed styling so the bin ids are the correct font size (was previously really small due to css syntax error)

@akircher fixed the regexes, and the display of the new bin format in picking. I also went ahead and restructured the inventory.js code as you suggested.
