Create 7c-renovent-excellent-400p.csv #1

Modfied the original 3c.csv file to make it work with my Brink Renovent Excellent 400 plus system Also merged some commands from paddyx's work. Removed the 3c address references wherever possible to make it more re-usable

May work with Ubbink, Wolf CWL and some Vaillant systems, but UNTESTED

Thanks also for your original contribution. One remark, it might ber better to rename the file to 7c.renovent-excellent-400p.csv , otherwise the system generates a warning if it does not start with 7c.
