found the reason for the issue. If you are also using mqtt-hassio.cfg from ebusd here, this is what solves it:
filter-name = status|temp|yield|count|energy|power|runtime|hours|starts|mode|curve|^load$|^party$|sensor|speed
filter-direction = r|u|^w
and comment the line that says filter-direction = r|u
Hello, while I can control FanSpeed with ebusctl, this entity is missing from Home Assistant. Any idea why? I'm using ebusd via Docker with their ebus adapter v5. I'm passing "/etc/ebusd/mqtt-hassio.cfg" as "--mqttint" to ebusd.
