Send MQTT from Home Assistant #11

I have ESPN Wifi module on my Brink 400 and with the CSV file I am able to read all the data to Home Assistant. I just have no clue how to send a proper message /payload to change the fan speed.

Does anyone got this working from HA ? Hope you can help me out.
