Improved Translation and Parameter names #13

Given the warm acceptance of my last PR, I figured out the bit of extra effort to get even German translation of my latest file might be appreciated, so here it is. Note, that some parameter names changed for English as well, since I opted to use the names shown in the UI to the user, rather than the internal variable names, which was my original approach. In case this woudl be appreciated - in my repo, I have other language mutations of the files - French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Polish. I would be happy to share them here as well, since it seems this repo is a 'go-to' place for integrating Brink vetilation units to Home Assistant.
