Create an application that reads a CSV file and updates the observations in Biolovision database. CSV file should contain:

site for API connection
id_universal of the sighting to modify
path to the attribute to modify, in JSONPath syntax
operation: replace, to add or replace an attribute or append to extend a string attribute
value: new value inserted or updated

Modification should be tracked in hidden_comment.

Partly done in 6d31e33cb9eaf0e3fddf261737860e76e864615a. Operation is only replace. Other operations are WIP.
