Update schedule not working #153

After using --schedule, no scheduled tasks are stored in PG database. It works if using sqlite.

Corrected partly by using sqlite, but it stores jobs in a single file jobs.sqlite in HOME. This could lead to issues if multiple applications are run with the same account.
