Controler "observers" : absence de message dans la table download_log #189

Bonjour,

Dans la table "download_log", je ne trouve que des transferts réussis (http_status 200). Pour le controler "observers" qui est en échec (http 403 et/ou 404), il n'y a pas de trace.

Fixed by adding exception handler, but not tested with HTTP error
