EAL: Probe PCI driver: net_vmxnet3 (15ad:7b0) device: 0000:0b:00.0 (socket -1) All of this was normal in dpdk 21.11, but this issue occurs when dpdk versions reach 22, 23, or 24. I know we currently do not support version 24, so I am just making a bold attempt. But everything is normal when running the official dpkd example.

The testing environment is Ubuntu 24
