Issue: Youtube-dl player is speeding up in the first seconds of the video #19

Not sure why, but right at the beginning of the play, the discord audio is speeding up.

We'll have to play around with some settings to make sure we get this right.

This also seems to be accompanied by laggy and/or audio that cuts out now and then, so connectivity issues between the bot and the server would probably be the issue here. Not sure how reproducible this bug is.

On some occasions, I cannot reproduce this behavior hmm
