Run html5 client as separate Docker container #109

Currently the frontend is delivered by including it into the backend as war overlay. This leads to a very long delivery process:

build/test/release frontend first,
build/test/release backend then,
restart backend with frontend included finally as Docker container

In particular in phases where we have mostly frontend changes this takes too much time. We should improve it by separating both parts for delivery.
