Set social media id provider preference #39

In https://github.com/dukecon/dukecon_flex the first chosen social media id provider chosen will be used for subsequent logins. It would be nice if we had this for HTML5 too. Then there should be a settings/preferences page to maintain this setting too.

I guess since we no longer use social media for KC login, this is no longer an issue. Closing.
