Local stoage bound to server name #5

The local storage of DukeCon seems to be bound to the server base URL, e.g., http://dev.dukecon.org. If there are many instances running on the same host, they will share a singleton storage. Please extend the storage id to the full base URL, e.g., http://dev.dukecon.org/latest/.
