Fix offline.js and caching of talks #73

For some reason, Firefox seems to always determine that it is offline. (Reproduced from inside company network; need to test this at home as well)

As a result the talks are never updated, and if they are not present, they are not loaded

I'm closing this for now, I think my workplace has some issues where it keeps breaking the localstore - I've not had any trouble from firefox on my other machines
