+TITLE: Pedigrees project

The goal of this project is to validate tree sequences inferred from the 100 000 Genomes Project data using [[https://github.com/tskit-dev/tsinfer][tsinfer]]. The hope is that we can identify a pedigree directly from WGS samples without needing to view pedigree data.
