MosaikText doesn't proceed with large file #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an alignment file with :1,000,000 reads
2. Try to use MosaikText to output into SAM format
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
MosaikText would print a SAM file, but instead it stops without printing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.0021, Linux x64

Please provide any additional information below.
We think this is due to the fact that there are too many reads in the file (not 
bases). Would there be a limiti to the output MosaikText can generate? Any 
suggestions?
