consensus sequences form the ace or gig file? #111

I get the assembly result with Ace or gig format. But how to get the assembly 
contig or scaffolding information from this result? Do you have some scripts 
for get the consensus sequences as MAQ software? (in MAQ, maq assemble with get 
the last consensus sequences).
