FANN Error 3: Wrong version of configuration file, aborting read of configuration file #128

Dear authors,
Please help me check the error below. The first step (MosaikBuild) worked 
normally, yet I got following messages at the second step with MosaicAligner. 
Thanks in advance.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1./MosaikAligner -in read.mkb -out read.mka -ia ref_genome.dat -annpe 
2.1.26.pe.100.0065.ann -annse 2.1.26.se.100.005.ann &

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Aligning read library (199966691):
 0% [                                     ]                                  
FANN Error 3: Wrong version of configuration file, aborting read of 
configuration file "2.1.26.pe.100.0065.ann".
FANN Error 3: Wrong version of configuration file, aborting read of 
configuration file "2.1.26.se.100.005.ann".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Linux 2.6.32-250.el6.x86_64 x86_64
