postgresql db password not set #25

the postgresql password is not created in the xml datastore, so if your postgres is configured for password authentication, it doesn't work. With this change, it's now working for me.

Thanks for using a Github pull request, it really makes things easier on me than including patches in ticket descriptions. And of course the patch itself is appreciated as well :)
