@sofer I just tried to call Lily Ochiana and I couldn't get through - do you have an email for her? Has she not been cleaning at FAC either?

Apparently she has been in Romania at a funeral these last couple of weeks.

She should have had a replacement come in today (@sohilpandya Can you please confirm?) but last week I don't think anyone came, so the (over) payment will need to be dealt with.

When I was in on Monday it seemed pretty clean

@iteles do you have the contact for the replacement or is lily still the main contact? Depending on the answer I will contact them about overpayment

Lily is back now @markwilliamfirth, she's still the main contact. She also organised the replacement but didn't seem to know the replacement had missed any of the times.
