I've called Sterling Estates and they will be sending someone round to look at it in the next 24 hours or so.

This was sorted. Called the Estate Management people last week, a plumber came out at the end of the day yesterday and identified a tiny leak that had been going on for a while. In trying to fix it, he broke the pipes further, flooding the bathroom with water.

I called an emergency plumber and we got it all fixed last night. Next step, repaint the wall.
