Info added to this google doc, can be copied and pasted into emails to new joiners.

(The house rules at the end will be updated per #57)

@iteles please review as part of #126 when you have a moment 😺

@rub1e Email looks good, I agree it would be much better to remove the transport info from the body of the email and link to the website instead #129 so that the email can focus on the core stuff. Also, it reminds me of how terrible the House Rules are - so unfriendly #57 😭
