[x] Cancel focus hub insurance for #135

Somehow we've had our insurance operating under the wrong name for several months! Names must be changed, documents must be re-signed...

UPDATE: Hopefully we shouldn't have to re-sign any documents; I've spoken to Digital Risks and they said they would change the name and update the details. Will close when I've had confirmation.
