Refunding deposits for members #139

Part of #135

Just to document this: the deposits were all over the place.

Some were for 1.5 months rent, some for 1 month, one for some fraction of a month...

Fortunately it was captured somewhere - in the Legals folder, rather than in the Tenants folder - and not referred to anywhere else, which of course wasted our time a bit.
