• [ ] what do they offer (basic features) and do they have unique selling points?
  • [ ] are they specific about desk size/space, internet speed or 24/7 access?
  • [ ] what else is included? (e.g: startup advice, like-minded co-workers)
  • [ ] is there anywhere that offers use of equipment in the price? e.g: "Test Mobile Devices" or Monitors on HotDesks?
  • [ ] is "free tea & coffee" a generally expected thing?
• [ ] Price? (can/should we ask a "VA" to create a spreadsheet with the various offerings) ?
• [ ] Best location?
• [ ] Proximity to transport, shops, restaurants, parks, Gym, childcare?
• [ ] Parking available? (car/bike)
• [ ] Pets allowed? (is this a requirement for some people...?)
