dwyl monitor in F&C #62

Do we want to keep dwyl monitors only in number 16 or allow people to move them between 14 and 16?

I think there is currently one in F&C that Noga borrowed a few weeks ago

As long as there are dwyl developers working from 14, they should have dwyl monitors to work on there:+1:

The double monitor stand as you walk into 16 is actually one that belongs to 14, so I think we're even!
