Rename QuietSpace -> Focus Hub Remove FOUNDER and PALMERSROAD networks

@markwilliamfirth have we chased anyone up with regards to the crappy internet. We really need to sort out the internet!

It cuts out frequently and the current tenants are nice enough to come to me and ask if its down or now and if they can use the FAC network.

Can we do something about this?
