Print, Laminate and Affix House Rules to Ensure they are Constantly Visible #78

@markwilliamfirth did a great job putting together the FocuHub /house-rules.md 🎉 Sadly there are people who will not read them on GitHub ... (IKR!)

Tasks/Todo:

[ ] Print 4 A4 Signs with the "House Rules" (using the FocusHub slide template)
[ ] Laminate the signs (laminator is in the "closet")
[ ] Affix the signs to the wall using white-tac in the following locations:
- [ ] Bottom of stairs (so people are reminded to be considerate when they walk in and up/down the stairs)
- [ ] Top of Stairs next to the light switch
- [ ] Next to the Kettle
- [ ] Next to the "Lunch Table"

On further reflection if these House Rules are to be displayed the language needs to be adapted to be less legal https://github.com/dwyl/focushub/issues/57

I would suggest we get the quiet hours up on the wall today and then make the formal house rules a thing next week if you have higher priority things to be working on @markwilliamfirth.

I'm very happy with something super temporary but we need to start enforcing those hours yesterday (today I had to resort to shallow work for the whole morning) please.
