Major improvements:

[ ] panel is directly object with values to set/get, no hidden .state property.
[ ] themes are included by default
[ ] position sets up placement directly as top-left, bottom-right, right, left, etc.
[ ] background can directly change the bg color
[ ] palette and colors properties are the same
[ ] order property defined position of an element not included into array
