I have stopped support of this plugin, I now use http://rmplus.pro/en/redmine/plugins/issue_tabs , has all the great features and more!

Installation

copy to plugin folder restart redmine *edit permissions and roles

• Added permission to some of the tabs
• Switching tabs now alters url to allow tab to load on copy paste of url
• merge pulled index changes to time log entries to properly work with all roles
