OP_Comments: NM reviewed it and made comments. Updated: Enric to apply modifications and a second quick revision by NM is to be done on Monday the 5th. Please update the document as per message above and ensure that the document respects the ISO Standard according with the general licence (http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/c050340_ISO_IEC_11179-3_2013.zip) and with the copyright notice included in the PDF document (http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/c035346_ISO_IEC_11179-4_2004(E).zip).

I have a meeting with the working group on Wednesday morning concerning the glossary. I have I identified several problems with the glossary and have not received an updated version of the “Requirements and recommendateions for the proposal of terms and the drafting of definitions” . Could we fix a time today to discuss this issue I am free all day except between 11:00-12:00 and 15:30-16:30. This is an urgent matter that needs to be dealt with.

Le informo de que cualquier reproducción ya sea total o parcial de la norma y por cualquier medio de difusión, además de contar con su correspondiente autorización por escrito, se debe pagar una cuota en concepto de explotación de los derechos de la propiedad intelectual.

Any reproduction, partial or total, of the norm (regardless of the means of distribution) needs a written authorisation and is subject to a fee for use of the intellectual property.

Esta cuota se basa en el precio de venta de la norma, el porcentaje reproducido, el uso y el nº de copias a emitir.

The fee is calculated based on the price of the ISO, the percentage of text reproduced, the purpose of use and the number of copies distributed.

Con esta información le enviaríamos un presupuesto para su aprobación.

With this information we would be able to forward a budget for your approval.

La norma que está en la página WEB de ISO de acceso gratuito, es para un único usuario que debe aceptar la correspondiente licencia de uso, pero no permite ninguna reproducción.

The norm that is repodruced in the ISO's web site is freely accessible, but for only one user, who must accept the license but does not allow any reproduction.

Please reply that we will not be reproducing the norm. I take it we can inform the WG that we are using this norm as the basis of our work? If not we need to rethink

I will answer her. I also will explain that we are redirecting the WG members to the ISO/IEC Web were they could read the norm if so they like.
